How do I register?
Registration on oscarsjunction.com is a simple process that can be completed in 3 simple steps:
1. Click on the Sign In link on the top of the home page
2. Type in your email address
3. Enter password of your choice; confirm the password and you are done!

Are there any charges for registration?
No. Registration on oscarsjunction.com is absolutely free.

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Oscarsjunction?
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration but only registered shoppers will be able to checkout and place orders. Registered members have to be logged in at the time of checking out the cart, they will be prompted to do so if they are not logged in.

What is My Account?
My Account is the section you reach after you log in at oscarsjunction.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details

How do I reset my password?
You need to enter your email address on the Login page and click on forgot password. An email with a reset password will be sent to your email address. With this, you can change your password. In case of any further issues please contact our customer support team.

What is My Shopping List?
My Shopping List is a comprehensive list of all the items previously ordered by you on Oscarsjunction.com. This enables you to shop quickly and easily in future.

PAYMENT

What are the modes of payment?
a. Cash on delivery     b.Credit and debit cards (VISA / Mastercard / American Express)

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?
The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Oscarsjunction to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs. 20 on orders below Rs. 1000.

Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any evoucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

DELIVERY

Where does Oscarsjunction deliver?
We deliver in select areas in South Goa.Click on "Check your pin code" in the footer of the page and check if we deliver in your area.code" in the footer of the page and check if we deliver in your area.

When does Oscarsjunction deliver?
Your products will be delivered within 24 hours of us receiving the order and the payment. Our delivery timings are between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM. Our representative from the store will call you before sending your purchased items to your delivery location.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?
The minimum order value is Rs. 500.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes, there is a nominal charge of Rs.20 for all order values lower than Rs 1000/-

What is Oscarsjunction delivery process?
Once you place the order, Our representative from the store will call you for order confirmation and delivery timings. Once we receive a confirmation, the order is packed and sent for delivery to your door step.

What if I'm not home to receive my order?
Our representative will call you to confirm the order and your availability and then deliver the order. In case we are unable to get through to you(on the phone number mentioned by you) for 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in case of pre-paid orders.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.

How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order

What kind of products do you sell?
We have over 10,000 product and its growing everyday, These products range from – groceries & staples, beverages, household supplies, personal care products, dairy products, pastas, chocolates, cosmetics, baby products, OTC health care products & so much more! Everything from your most popular household brands to niche products is available here.

What about the products we want but can’t find on Oscarsjunction?
We are constantly growing & improving, adding products on a daily basis. If you think there is something we should add to our aisles, all you need to do is use our Suggest A Product feature and we will try to make it available to you in no time!

I want to place bulk orders or need some specific, special hampers?
You can fill in the "Bulk order form" with your queries on the webstore and our representative will get in touch with you within one working day of your query.

How do I check which items were not available from my order? Will someone inform me about the items unavailable in my order before delivery?
You will receive an email as well as an sms about unavailable items before the delivery of your order.

I am a corporate/ business. Can I place orders with Oscarsjunction?
Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact us to know more.

How & where I can give my feedback?
We always welcome feedback, both positive and negative from all our customers. Please feel free to write to us at, or call us and we will do our best to incorporate your suggestions into our system.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
No, we will be unable to change any order after it has been placed.

What if I didn't like the quantity or the products delivered to me?
We would request you to check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not happy with the quality of the products, please return those products to the representative. Please also make a remark on the bill about the return and name of the product returned along with your signature. Your money will refunded post the adjustment for delivery charges and discounts (if applicable), if paid by card or bank transfer. In case it is a cash-on- delivery purchase, pay the representative only for the products that you accept. Products can be returned or refunded within 48 hours of delivery.
Important : If your order value after returns is less than Rs.1000 then the delivery charges of Rs.20 will be levied and any bill size based offer/discount will be reversed and deducted from the refund due to you .

Can I cancel my order?
No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery. In case you would like to cancel the order for some reason, you can send us an e-mail on the 'Contact us' page with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation.
Else you can inform our representative when he calls for the order confirmation for the delivery timing and date. We will cancel the order and process the refund.

When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
The refund of the excess money received will be processed within 3 working days of the return or cancellation. The process for the actual refund may take 7-14 working days to reflect in your Credit Card or Bank Account. There will be no refund in cash.
All refund will be subject to deduction of Delivery Charges or Offer Values as applicable
For enquiries on refunds – please send us an e-mail on the 'Contact us' page and our representative will update you on the status either via e-mail or through a phone call.

What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
In a rare case where products ordered by you are out of stock and we don't see ourselves getting stock within 48 hours, our representative will call you and update you on the products that are currently not in stock. Our representative will also suggest to you alternate products, incase similar products are available, which could be delivered in place of the ordered products. We will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products. In case of alternate products selection, the cost of these will be adjusted against orginal payment received and the balance will be refunded back to you or any extra cost (after confirmation from you) will be collected in cash from you by our representative.

Can I order wine?
We currently don't deliver any wine / beer through online orders. But you may visit our store to find the choiest wines and alcohols
