Recipe - Mahi Pakoda

Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- 1 spring coriander leaf
- 2 tablespoons beasan
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 sabudana papad
- 1 pinch ajwain
- 1/4th teaspoon baking powder
- 250 gm deboned fish pieces
- Oil to fry
Preparations
Clean the fish pieces
Mix all the ingredients
Marinate the fish pieces with the mixture
Apply coating as desired
Deep fry till golden brown
Serve hot with sauce and lime
